This was the first song to be sent to Gregory as a rough mix without vocals or lead guitars. It was just the drum tracks and guitar tracks with keyboards. It took me a better part of a day once I got started... it was just so damn exciting to be working on this project after being influenced by this music so long ago...

Ten Commandments in the City of Lights
Rise in the morning air
Laws forgotten – reestablished in haste
Hiding SIGNs inside a stare

In communication with the endless Reich’s
Their temptations out of sight
One rises, to the others, in their eyes
Forgotten systems inside
Throw a shadow on the light

Foundations crumble in the sky

- An explanation solves a mystery
- Science carved in stone
- And in the image of them, we have created

Each with their followers – Lost and Found
Still far above The Den Below
Wizards and Warlocks – Banshees and Fools
Just the upper class cast for another show

How many have risen in analogy
As some are never seen?
Growing stagnation technologically
Systems deep inside redefine the one supreme

Foundations crumble in the sky

Your Father is not alone!

waiting to eclipse the current form, to supplant the forming structure

So many things unseen
Belief system discontinuity
The beginning hides behind
Fourteen billion years of debris

Coronal mass ejections
Humble worlds about to fry
Haunted kingdoms of the sun
True death angels in our skies
